Growing a flat Organization
with Co-Leadership

As specialized nerds, we believe that the agility of a smaller organization should be reflected in how we work and thrive—regardless of our growth. And grow we do. Rapidly.

Our core product is development, which demands innovation and teamwork. No solo effort could have brought us to where we are today.

That’s why we go out of our way to sidestep rigid hierarchies and lengthy decision-making processes. We call this ongoing project ‘New Ways of Working’.

As a result, our specialized teams are increasingly self-organized under a shared strategic umbrella fostering co-leadership, leveraging individual strengths, and nurturing collaboration crisscrossing areas of expertise.

Circles

Specialized teams at Technolution are dubbed circles—rounded and collaborative as opposed to the classic triangular, pointy hierarchy.

These circles in the Technolution organism are extensively self-organizing and self-managing to help us stay nimble to serve Pharma and MedTech companies.

It’s just one of the many ways we seek to nurture our unique, nerdy, and dynamic entrepreneurial approach.

New CEO in Technolution

Thomas Bach Agerslev (51) will be stepping out of the board room and into the daily management of Technolution when he officially enters his new position as CEO on October 1st, 2022.
