Strong HR profile for Technolution

Technolution is a consultancy focusing on projects within Pharma and MedTech. Today they welcome Jesper Cassøe Andersen, who joins the management as Head of HR & Communication.
With 20 years in business and some successful teenage years behind, Technolution is set for further growth with the employment of 45-year-old Jesper Cassøe Andersen, who today takes over as Head of HR & Communication. His task will be to ensure that Technolution continues to be able to attract, develop and retain the best people in the industry.

Jesper Cassøe Andersen comes from Ascendis Pharma, where in the role of Global VP for HR & Internal Communications, he helped the company grow from 100 to 750 employees from 2017-2022. Before that he spent ten years at Novo Nordisk, first as HR Business Partner and since 2009 as Director for HR Business Partnering in various areas of Novo Nordisk Product Supply.

I am sure that my experiences from both large and small Life Science companies will be useful here at Technolution”, Jesper Cassøe Andersen says.
Jesper has a background from the world of elite sports, where he has won several national and international championships in water skiing. His HR career began at EY (previously Ernst & Young) in 1999, where he worked with the development and coordination of internal training activities.
In his private life, Jesper Cassøe Andersen lives with his wife and their two children, aged 7 and 10, close to Hareskoven, where they play both football and ride mountain bikes.
Technolution was founded in 2003 by Allan Spork, who today sits on the board and in the open office environment as senior partner. Allan Spork recently handed over the role of CEO to Thomas Bach Agerslev, who was recruited from a position as Partner in Implement Consulting Group.
A new partner structure was introduced in Technolution in 2017 to implement a gradual transfer of management responsibilities in the growing business. So, within the last five years, good steps have been taken in a well-considered process around generational change and the goal of reaching 100 employees in 2025. Technolution has been awarded Børsen’s Gazelle two years in a row and today the company comprises 68 employees, within ten specialized professional areas. From project management, conceptualization and prototypes, to construction, testing, simulation, QA, documentation and commercialization – today Technolution is a consultancy that can handle integrated development projects from A-Z within Pharma and MedTech.
