From 3D printing to injection molding, prototyping is an integral part of product development at Technolution. Our mechanical engineers are big fans of creating physical models and mock-ups that take early product concepts from 3D models on the computer screen to real prototypes.

We consider the hands-on experience from prototypes very important for revealing everything from perceived quality to potential issues with a product design that can be hard to discover when looking at a CAD model. Moreover, prototypes are extremely useful when communicating the overall design and functionality of a device to product stakeholders and end users.

We possess our own in-house facility for creating prototypes in a quick and timely manner and cooperate with external experts for specialized prototyping needs.
