Thomas has been a board member in Technolution since 2018 and is taking over the position as CEO and Managing Partner as of October 1st 2022. Thomas embarked on his career as a graduate in Mechanical Engineering at F.L. Schmidt in 1994, but his focus soon turned towards leadership. After his Diploma in Business Administration, his work experience includes eleven years at Novo Nordisk, part of this time as Vice President. Before joining the day-to-day management of Technolution, Thomas was during a period of 5 years Partner in Implement Consulting Group, where he was focusing on leadership- and organizational development mainly for clients within pharma. Thus, he brings a highly relevant background for the further development of Technolution towards our 2025-objectives and beyond.
