Simon is a development engineer at Technolution with focus on simulation and modelling. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His thesis was on improving the simulation of wind turbine blades, which provided him with experience and in-depth knowledge about Finite Element simulations. Previous employments include Junior Mechanical Engineer at Technolution and Technical Advisor at an outsourcing firm with focus on quality assurance and setup of new productions. His knowledge about simulations and material behavior, along with insights into manufacturing processes and engineering design gives him a great understanding of how to design and manufacture products from sketch to final product.
