Randi is our Project Manager. Within project management her experience spans from early development stages to production upscaling. She loves the complex challenges where different areas of expertise meets – mechanics, system engineering, software development, usability experience, marketing and more needs to come together to succeed. Her focus is on creating a guiding star for the project, and to trust her highly competent teammates while also challenging them. She freestyles within PMI, Agile and Hybrid project management methods to ensure the project is solved and is not afraid to kick the project into place when needed – with a big smile on her face.
