Peder holds an MSc Eng, and a PhD in Engineering Physics from DTU (Technical University of Denmark) focusing on microfluidics for biomedical applications. Before joining Technolution in 2024, Peder has been working for more than 12 years within Life Science, where he has developed both consumables and full-scale, automated laboratory systems, primarily for drug discovery in Pharma. Peder is an experienced Tech Lead and has worked with mechanics, systems engineering, integration, and assembly among other things. He has been involved in several projects, taking them from concept to production transfer. With a foundation in physics, a knack for mechanics, and an analytical approach, Peder loves solving engineering problems at all scales: from diving into and optimizing tiny details to managing the integration of complex, automated systems. No matter the task, Peder finds it crucial to understand the problem to find the right solution. Therefore, you might find him asking more questions than giving answers in the beginning. But don’t worry, that situation will be flipped before a well-documented solution is delivered.
