Josephine is a Design Engineer and Industrial designer, and part of the UX and Design team at Technolution. With her educational background from The Royal Academy of Fine arts and The Technical University of Denmark, she possesses both the creative and technical approach to product development and innovation. Josephine has a high focus on engaging users and various stakeholder in all stages of the design and development process. She likes to visualize ideas and design concepts trough sketching and illustrating and has a both visual and analytic mindset. Josephine has experience in developing medical devices from early concept stage and scoping to finished product. She is an esthetician and has an eye for detail. To Josephine sharing knowledge and being part of cocreation is key aspects of achieving successful, long-lasting and user-centered solutions. As industrial designer Josephine has experience working both national and cross cultural. Where she among others has had design projects and collaborations in China and Japan. She also has experience as extern lector at DTU, teaching university students Industrial design and product development.
