As a Junior HR Professional, Jacob collaborates closely with the HR team to support internal affairs and contribute to the organizational framework of our expanding team. Additionally, he actively participates in the internal recruitment procedures, working alongside our hiring managers to identify and bring on board valuable new talent. Alongside his responsibilities at Technolution, Jacob has earned a Bachelor’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and is now pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration and Psychology. Jacob brings with him prior expertise in international recruitment, as well as experience in handling organizational expansion, training, and development within larger corporation.
