Jacob is a development engineer within Mechanical engineering and the Test & Verification team. He has worked in both early- and late-stage development. In recent projects, his role has involved experimental design and analysis, design for mitigations, planning and development of tests and methods, 3D CAD and robustness analysis. He has also previously been a consultant at eye-D Innovation as a mechanical design engineer working with mechanical design of various medical devices, DFM/DFA, prototyping and concept development. Jacob holds a M.Sc. in Design & Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark with a focus on mechanical engineering. He wrote his thesis in collaboration with FOSS to develop a new solution for combining several mechanical functions in one product. During his studies he worked for Radiometer within UX and usability engineering.
