Jacob obtained his MSc.Eng degree in materials and manufacturing with an undergraduate as B.Eng in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on the interplay between materials, processes, products, properties, and performance. His master project in collaboration with Sintex and Addifab was the development of new innovative ways to produce highly customized parts at low cost, with the integration of free form soft tooling in metal- and thermoplastic polymer injection molding. Jacob has experience within development of process and manufacturing technology, prototyping, rapid tooling, test and verification from his previous job as a research associate. Further Jacob has worked with mechanical design and construction of equipment for process plants and poses an ISO21500 certificate in project management.
