Callie’s role as a Recruitment Consultant is to work closely with our Hiring Managers to identify and add the right people to our growing company. Understanding the skills and experiences we are looking for, is important to achieve a successful recruitment. However, in Callie’s own words it is just as important to be able to tell the story of who we are, what we have to offer, and what we dream to accomplish as a company, as well as understand what our candidates’ career aspirations and work expectations are. Callie holds a Master’s degree in International HR Management and has previous experience as a HR Business Partner in a successful Danish startup, and as a Recruiter in the IT industry.
