VAVE (VALUE ANALYSIS / VALUE ENGINEERING) can be a tool for this process. VAVE is an efficient methodology for identifying and ranking problems based on their complexity, cost and the value to the business and end user of finding a solution.

VAVE can be a time-consuming process and involve a relatively large number of stakeholders. However, when managed properly, the process can make all the difference to a medical device project. At Technolution, we are experienced facilitating VAVE events in MedTech and Pharma companies.
