You consider it a perk to be part of a big team of mechanical engineers, and you are full of ideas on how to innovate new mechanical solutions, and you are eager to apply your knowledge on different products within the field of MedTech. You love solving complex problems through design, materials, and DFM and DFA, and you enjoy working in 3D, creating functional prototypes. You are also eager to learn more and grow your toolbox, and you think it’s great when you get the opportunity to share your knowledge with your team and your colleagues. As a consultant, you will work on diverse projects with start-ups to industry leaders, some days from the office in Hørsholm, some days onsite at the clients and some days remote. And by the way: being a consultant at Technolution is not equivalent to being a lone wolf. You will always be part of a team, and teamwork is key.
We have a few wishes too
You have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, and you might have some experience in developing medical devices. That would be a huge plus but is not a necessity. You have a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience in designing products of plastic and developing movable parts will help you hit the ground running. You are nice and nerdy (like the rest of us) and you prefer to work with others on nerdy stuff.
- You have some prior experience with mechanical product development. Preferably in MedTech but this is not a must.
- You have minimum B. Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- You are an expert user of CAD systems such as SolidWorks and Creo.
- You have extensive knowledge about materials and production methods.
- You are experienced in designing products of plastic and developing movable mechanics.
- You are fluent in Danish and have excellent English skills.
