Kim holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has been working in the MedTech field since 2012, supported by his extensive experience in Metrology, Testing, and Data Analysis from opto-electronics technologies. He has contributed to various stages of medical device development at Danish and international companies. Kim takes a structured, goal-oriented approach to his projects, with a particular focus on Metrology, Test, and Verification (T&V). He is known for his calm, easy-going nature, strong theoretical skills, and keen attention to detail. With expertise across a broad range of engineering disciplines, his skills include concept and method development for tests, test setups, and equipment, as well as Lean & Six Sigma, statistical data analysis, calculations, estimation, modelling, and reporting. Kim believes that the best team outcomes are achieved through a pragmatic, trusting, and collaborating approach, involving people with different personalities, backgrounds, and roles result in better solutions that can be expected by the sum of the team members individual strengths.
