James is a Development Engineer with a background in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Auckland. He has extensive experience in early-stage product design, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and design controls, having worked on global releases and concept development at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. James holds postgraduate qualifications in medical device industry practice and polymer design. With a focus on sustainable and safe product development, James applies his expertise in CAD, injection mold tool design, and additive manufacturing to drive innovation. Originally from New Zealand, James brings a fresh perspective to problem solving, drawing on his ‘Kiwi ingenuity’ to approach every challenge with resourcefulness and creativity.
