honesty in consulting

We do not play table football with clients (during working hours)

We are humble, honest, and fair. And it is important to us that our clients see us that way. That is why we act professionally in everything we do – even during breaks.

Playing foosball during office hours might send a signal that we are wasting our client’s time and money, even if we do not bill our time for it.

On the other hand, we know, that relationships build trust, and forming this trust with our clients is paramount to project success. The important thing is that it is clear when we are on the clock and when we are not.

Shared Knowledge

Share what you are working on, and we will all become more experienced

We have extensive knowledge and expertise inhouse. That is why it is important that we ask one another for help to leverage everyone’s experience.

Therefore, Friday is office day. On Fridays, we all work from Hørsholm, so we can exchange knowledge face-to-face and utilize each other’s skills.

We welcome all questions. Why? Because we know that all questions can lead to good dialogue and new insights – and so, it helps us all develop both as professionals and individuals.

Team Spirit

We have breakfast together every Friday

Every Friday, we have breakfast together – all of us. During the week we are not all gathered as we are all busy working at clients’ or remote. While we share breakfast, we can discuss projects and challenges, and become closer as colleagues. It fosters team spirit, as does our internal social clubs and our Christmas party with families.

At Technolution our doors are always open. In fact, we have no doors at all. We strive to avoid silos and we cherishing our agility, our shared responsibility, and our short decision paths.

Technolution’s development is a responsibility we all share – both in terms of our competences and our growth. At our monthly all-staff meetings, we discuss our pipeline, our finances, marketing initiatives, and more. Helping our clients achieving their goals is what drives us, and therefore it is crucial that we share and follow up on the challenges our clients have.
